Nathalie Trouillot is a seasoned General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer with 25 years of executive experience leading people and top organizations through transformational change. Her career as a leader and relationship-builder has spanned the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific and industries including entertainment, automotive, fin-tech, and video games.
In her coaching practice, Nathalie works with people to establish and refine their leadership styles. She advises global organizations on growth strategy, branding, sales and marketing strategy, diversity, and inclusion. Nathalie works with Peoplescape and CMO Coaches, organizations representing some of the world’s leading companies. She became a coach to help others achieve success.
Prior to establishing her private coaching practice, Nathalie ran two television networks and Global Marketing for Sony Pictures Television (part of Sony Pictures Entertainment Company). In addition, she ran its global content business, linear and digital channels, and a portfolio of wholly-owned and joint venture production companies worldwide.
Nathalie has also held leadership positions with Disney and ESPN, where, as SVP of Marketing, she ran the marketing for over 42 brands and services for the Walt Disney Company. She has also served as CMO for Edmunds, the leading automotive buy-and-sell website, and served as General Manager and CMO for Xsolla, the $3 billion video games and payments processing leader. As a senior leader with extensive experience balancing financial literacy, business acumen, and marketing excellence, Nathalie leverages her lived experience as a GM and CMO with a proven ability to translate data and information into meaningful action.
She has certifications from the International Coaching Federation Certified Coach program and is a member of The American Association for Access Equity and Diversity. In addition, she holds advanced degrees in Executive Leadership Programs from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, Harvard Business School, and the Creative Center for Leadership and received a BA at the New York Institute of Technology.

Board Roles
Nathalie serves on the boards of Haven Hills, a nonprofit providing safety, shelter, and support to all victims of domestic violence, and The National Urban Technology Center. As a Board member, Nathalie advises on all brand, marketing, growth, and DEI&B initiatives. She is also a grief counselor at Our House Grief Support Center in Los Angeles.
