What do I mean by “fearing the feminine?”
Fearing the feminine is fear of showing up your true self. And it has nothing to do with gender. The workplace recognizes and values masculine over-feminine ways of thinking, acting and leading- and that creates a disadvantage for women AND men. It creates fearful leaders too concerned about “looking the part” rather than focusing on the business, creating purpose and fulfillment for themselves and others.
What is Self Justice?
Self Justice is the practice of taking ownership over replacing old beliefs, regulating your thoughts and emotions, and integrating the masculine and feminine. Self Justice includes a skillset for protecting your autonomy, eliminating codependency and liberating yourself to live authentically and pursue your higher purpose.
What is an Integrated Leader?
An integrated leader is someone who has done the inner work of processing past trauma, opening their hearts and evolving the way they lead. They are viewed as highly empathetic, centered in their true selves, and humbly authentic. Utilizing strategic intuition, they lead from a place of possibility, inclusivity, and reality.

I am hired by senior executives who feel disconnected from their hearts (have difficulty relating to others; appear to lack empathy), struggle to regulate big emotions and behaviors and are uncomfortable around other people’s big emotions, and keep essential parts of themselves hidden. In an ongoing relationship, I partner with my clients to lead them to a state of integration by gently illuminating their hidden wholeness, making it safe to release shame, and emboldening them to give voice to their higher purpose.
Prior to launching my coaching practice, I held senior (General Manager and Chief Marketing Officer) executive roles at Sony Pictures Entertainment, Disney, ESPN, Edmunds, and Xsolla. During my 25-year career, I have led groups and companies in the US, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific and industries including entertainment, automotive, fin-tech, and video games.
